At a recent potluck at Ambassador, Peggy brought this amazing Crock-Pot dish. I made a double batch recently for my family and brought the leftovers to share with my co-workers. We all agreed this would be perfect for Summer BBQ’s and can be a side dish to burgers and hotdogs or as a main dish served over rice. So easy and so good! Try it for your next BBQ!! I bet everyone will ask you for the recipe!
