This Friday we’re celebrating a joyous occasion, it’s a milestone anniversary for The Mercy Minute—20 years of radio ministry! For the past two decades, founder of Mercy Ships, Don Stephens, has voiced daily stories of hope and healing.
The Lord has been abundantly faithful, not only to The Mercy Minute, but also to Mercy Ships.
Over the past 40-plus years, the organization has performed more than 100,000 free surgical procedures, trained over 40,000 medical professionals and touched the lives of over 2.8 million people, all while representing “the hands and feet of Jesus.”
What a wonderful history! And, what’s around the corner is even more exciting!
Just last week, Mercy Ships unveiled their new hospital ship—the Global Mercy. Scheduled to join the Africa Mercy in 2021, these two ships will more than double the ministry’s impact on the African continent.
And you can be sure to hear those stories unfolding daily on The Mercy Minute.
