This Easter, Cru is giving thousands of Easter Bags to hundreds of inner-city churches and neighborhood missions in some of America’s most difficult neighborhoods.
Each bag contains Easter treats, crayons, and a toy … but more importantly, they all have a colorful beaded bracelet that explains salvation and a Bible story-activity book, “Book of Hope.”
The purpose of the bags is to spread Jesus’ love and share the story of His resurrection, and truthfully, this is the greatest Easter gift any of us could ever give.
Cru inspires me to look beyond myself and my family this Easter, and make an intentional effort to share this important gift with those who need it most.
Make we all make our lives count this April 1st as we celebrate and reflect on the resurrection of our Savior.
