Are there days when you question that Jesus is really who He says He is? Or maybe, you wonder if those miracles that took place in the Old and New Testament actually happened? If you haven’t ever doubted, maybe some of your listeners have.
It’s been 28 years since my conversion but I admit I’ve experienced an occasional moment of doubt. It usually happens when I’m feeling the most discouraged.
Well coming up next week on “Grace to You,” some encouragement from John MacArthur when he shares his study, When Believers Doubt. Almost immediately, John assures us we’re not alone by providing this list of notable doubters:
- Moses
- Gideon
- Elijah
- Jeremiah
And as we know, even the apostles had moments of little faith. Throughout this broadcast week (10/2-10/5), John will show us how we can learn from our doubts as well as strengthen our faith. I’m looking forward to tuning in and I trust your listeners will too.
But wait, there’s more!
October marks the 20th anniversary of The MacArthur Study Bible (NKJV). And to commemorate this event, Grace to You presents two timely messages, including Why I Teach the Bible (airs 10/11-13) and How to Get the Most from God’s Word (airs 10/16-27). Both coincide nicely with this important anniversary.
Even better, listeners will have an opportunity to purchase the 20th anniversary edition of The MacArthur Study Bible at a highly discounted price. With the holidays fast-approaching, what a wonderful gift this special edition will be for a new believer or someone who has long-appreciated the depth and richness of this wonderful resource. Don’t miss a chance to let your listeners know of what’s ahead in October. They’ll be grateful you did.
Speaking of grateful, we are deeply appreciative of your partnership and all you do to bring the truth of God’s Word to a world who so desperately needs it … now more than ever.
