When a college course included a term paper, I spent more time researching and prepping for it than I spent writing it.
It was only after I was equipped with an arsenal of facts from a mini library of books (beyond the required reading in the class syllabus), that I felt ready to begin writing.
This strategy, though cumbersome, served me well in college.
It’s actually served me well in life and may serve me, and my family, in matters of death.
